Pretty place, very expensive to live

Cave Creek is beautiful especially if you make lots of money! It has a mix of down to earth people and affluent show boaters, heavy drinkers and bikers. Very eclectic. Housing and cost of living in Cave creek is 20 to 25% higher than Phoenix. It all depends on your zipcode.
